Smartlinks: one link that picks your best landing page
Every offer in the program has one. It sends each click to whichever of that offer's landing pages is converting best right now — no split-testing on your side.
What a smartlink is
A normal tracking link has one fixed destination. You pick a landing page — the create flow, the homepage, a language variant — and everyone who clicks lands there, whether or not it's the page that converts your traffic best.
A smartlink is a tracking link that decides the destination at click time. Same link everywhere you post it, different landing page underneath depending on what's performing.
Ours is offer-specific. Each smartlink belongs to one offer and only ever routes between that offer's own landing pages. It never moves your traffic to a different offer, so your payout terms are exactly the ones you were approved on. Nothing about your commission changes — only which page the visitor sees.
How the ourdream.ai smartlink chooses
It ranks the offer's landing pages on conversion rate and sends traffic toward the winners. The settings behind it:
| Optimises for | Conversion rate on that offer |
| Re-ranks every | 24 hours |
| Data it looks at | A rolling 48-hour window — recent performance, not all-time history |
| Before it optimises | It collects a baseline first and spreads traffic across the landers until there's enough data to rank them |
| If nothing matches | A catch-all destination on the same offer catches the click, so nobody hits a blank page |
The pool it picks from is the offer's live landing page set — the standard create flow, the shorter create variant, the NSFW create entry, the homepage, and the localised create pages (Spanish, Japanese, Simplified Chinese among them). If we add or retire a lander on your offer, the smartlink picks that up on its own. You don't re-issue anything.
Two consequences worth knowing. Because it re-ranks daily on a 48-hour window, it follows real shifts in behaviour rather than locking in a winner from two months ago. And because it needs volume before it can rank anything, a low-traffic placement will spend a while in baseline mode — that's expected, not a fault.
How to create your smartlink
You don't build it — it already exists for every offer you're approved on. You just pull yours out of the partner portal.
Log in to the partner portal
The same Everflow login you use for your tracking links and reports.
Open Manage → Smart Links
In the left-hand menu. Every smartlink you have access to is listed there.
Pick the one matching your offer
There's one per offer — the CPA offers and the revshare offers each have their own, and the gated ones appear once you're approved on them. Names carry the offer they belong to. If you only see some of them, that reflects your current offer access, not a bug — ask your account manager about the rest.
Copy the link and add your click ID
A smartlink carries /cmp/ in the path, where a normal offer link doesn't. Sub-parameters work exactly the same way — sub5 is your click ID and comes back on the postback.
# Smartlink, copied from Manage → Smart Links

# With your click ID appended

Copy your own link from the portal rather than typing this one — the tracking domain and codes shown here are illustrative.
Test it once before sending traffic
Open it in a private window, confirm you land on ourdream.ai, then check the click appears in your reporting with sub5 recorded against it. Click it twice and you may well land on two different pages — that's the smartlink working, not a broken link.
Watch it in the Smart Link report
Clicks, conversions, revenue and CVR for the smartlink live under the Smart Link report in the portal, and Smart Link is also available as a filter on standard offer reporting. More on building those views on the reporting page.
When to use it — and when a fixed lander wins
Use the smartlink
- •Generic or mixed traffic where you can't say much about who is clicking.
- •High-volume, low-intent placements — popunders, broad display, untargeted feeds.
- •You're new to the offer and don't yet know which landing page suits your audience.
- •You don't want to run and maintain your own lander split tests.
- •The link is going somewhere you can't easily edit later — a bio, a pinned post, a sidebar.
Use a specific landing page
- •You're deeplinking — a character deeplink via sub1, a specific entry point your creative promises. The smartlink picks the page, so it can't honour that.
- •Your audience is single-language and you have a matching localised lander.
- •Your creative and lander are a matched pair, and breaking that match breaks the message.
- •You've already proven a lander beats the average on your traffic. Network-wide conversion rate isn't your conversion rate.
Plenty of affiliates run both: the smartlink on broad traffic, fixed deeplinks where the creative promises something specific. Give each its own sub-parameter value and you can compare them in your own reports.
Things worth knowing
Your payout doesn't change
The smartlink stays inside one offer. Same terms, same country tiers, same conversion event — see payouts and tiers.
Postbacks work identically
sub5 carries through the routing, so your tracker reconciles conversions exactly as it does on a normal link. Setup is on the postbacks page.
Different landing pages on repeat clicks is normal
If you test a few times and see different pages, that is the routing doing its job. It is not a sign your link is misconfigured.
Give it a fair run before judging it
It optimises on recent data and needs volume to rank landers. Switching back and forth every couple of days tells you nothing either way.
Don't bury it behind extra redirects
A shortener in front of the smartlink adds a hop and can strip your sub-parameters. If clicks go missing, work through clicks not being tracked.
Where to go next
The smartlink sits on top of the normal link setup — get that right first.
