Technical troubleshooting
When tracking or postbacks break, work through these answers before raising a ticket. Most issues fall into one of a handful of patterns.
Why is my postback not firing?
Five common causes: empty sub5, wrong macro name, the destination is rejecting the request (4xx/5xx), the postback was auto-deactivated after repeated failures, or HTTP/HTTPS mismatch.
How do I test a postback without a real conversion?
The postback test action is only available on the network side, not in the affiliate dashboard. Email reception@ourdream.ai with your affiliate ID, login email, the postback URL you want tested, and any parameter values you need on our side. We fire the test for you and confirm what the destination received.
