Affiliate Terms & Conditions

This is the Dream Studio USA, Inc. Insertion Order and Affiliate Terms of Service that every partner accepts when applying to the program through Everflow. It is reproduced here verbatim for reference so you can review it before you apply, or share it with your team.

Agreement to Terms

By clicking "Continue" or "I Agree," you represent that you are at least 18 years of age. You agree to be legally bound by this Insertion Order and the Dream Studio USA, Inc (“Company”) Affiliate Terms of Service. You acknowledge that your participation in the Program is strictly contingent on your continuous compliance with these terms.

1. Campaign Configuration

  • The Campaign Name is designated as the Dream Studio Affiliate Program.
  • The primary Objective for this campaign is: [Select: Conversions / Revenue / Lead Gen].
  • The Target Geo for this campaign is [Select: Global Lawful / Custom List].
  • Device Targeting is limited to [Select: Desktop / Mobile / CTV / Cross-device].
  • The Measurement Provider for this campaign is Everflow.

2. Deliverables & Pricing

  • For Revshare Line Items, Affiliates earn a commission on all referred users' payments.
  • Revshare earnings are capped at exactly six months from the date of the referred user's first qualifying purchase.
  • For CPA Line Items, Affiliates earn a one-time commission when a referred user completes their first qualifying purchase.
  • Subsequent transactions by a CPA-referred user will not generate any additional payouts.
  • A minimum account balance of $100 USD must be reached before any payout is initiated.
  • The preferred Payment Method for this account is [Select: PayPal / Cryptocurrency / Wire Transfer].

3. Trafficking & Attribution

  • All payout and tax details must be submitted successfully before the 1st of the month to be eligible for that period.
  • The Attribution Model follows a last-click logic unless otherwise agreed in writing.
  • A standard 30-day cookie window applies from the user's initial click on the referral link.
  • Attribution is finalized and locked at the time of the user's first account registration or email login.
  • You acknowledge that the Company's tracking system determination of attribution is final and binding.

4. Brand Protection & Technical Restrictions

  • Affiliates are strictly prohibited from bidding on "Dream Studio," "ourdream.ai," or any confusingly similar variations in paid search.
  • This prohibition includes exact match, phrase match, and broad match modifiers targeting Company brand names.
  • Affiliates must add all Company brand terms as negative match types in all paid search campaigns.
  • The use of keywords associated with sexualizing minors, bestiality, necrophilia, incest, rape, non-consensual acts, or any other content deemed illegal or prohibited under applicable laws in the United States, European Union, or Australia, unethical or otherwise undesirable in the Company's sole discretion, is strictly prohibited in promotional materials and metadata.
  • Specifically prohibited terms include, but are not limited to, "pre-teen," "lolita," "jailbait," "barely legal," "schoolgirl," "underage," "minor," "child," "kiddie," "pedo," "preteen," "middle school," "high school," or any other terms, phrases, or variations thereof that suggest, imply, or reference minors in a sexual manner, whether through direct language, coded language, misspellings or phonetic equivalents. This prohibition includes translations of such terms in any language and applies to all text, images, video content, audio content, metadata, URLs, and any other form of communication or promotional material.
  • These restrictions extend to domain names, page titles, meta descriptions, and all advertising copy.
  • Any use of Company branding and/or intellectual property must be strictly in accordance with any guidelines provided by the Company from time to time.

5. Operational Standards

  • Affiliates must implement robust age-gating on all landing pages containing adult content.
  • You must comply with all local age-verification laws and platform requirements for NSFW placements.
  • Promotion is strictly forbidden on properties featuring CSAM (child sexual abuse material), bestiality, necrophilia, hate speech, non-consensual imagery, or any other content that is illegal or prohibited under applicable laws in the United States, European Union, or Australia, unethical or otherwise undesirable in the Company's sole discretion.
  • You may not offer any form of cashback, rewards, or incentives to users for signing up through your link.
  • The use of cookie stuffing, forced clicks, or bot traffic will result in immediate account termination.

6. Administrative Requirements

  • You must provide a full legal name, postal address, date of birth, and tax identification for KYC compliance.
  • All personal data provided will be processed in accordance with our Privacy Policy.
  • You operate exclusively as an independent contractor and have no authority to bind the Company.
  • Commissions are subject to chargeback and refund clawbacks which may result in a negative balance.
  • The Company reserves the right to deactivate your account immediately for any suspected breach of these terms.
  • Any violation of these terms results in the immediate forfeiture of all unpaid commissions.
