What counts as a valid conversion?

A new paying subscription (monthly or yearly) on ourdream.ai, attributed to your link, that is not refunded or charged back inside the verification window.

Last updated

A valid conversion on ourdream.ai is a new paying subscription attributed to your link that survives the verification window. Specifically:

  • The user is a new ourdream.ai customer (not a previously subscribed account).
  • They subscribed to either a monthly or yearly plan.
  • The subscription was attributed to your link via last-touch on the sign-up.
  • The subscription was not refunded or charged back inside the verification window.

What does not count

  • Free signups. A user creating an account without subscribing is not a conversion.
  • Reactivations. Existing users who cancel and re-subscribe are not new subscriptions.
  • Trial-only signups. Conversions are recorded on the first paid period.
  • Refunded or charged-back subscriptions. Status flips to rejected if the payment is reversed inside the verification window.

Pending vs approved

New conversions enter as pending for a short verification window during which we check for chargebacks, fraud signals, and refunds. After the window, they flip to approved and count toward your payout and your level progression. If a flag triggers, they flip to rejected instead.

Chargeback impact on level progression

Rejected conversions do not count toward the 20-conversion (Pink VIP) or 100-conversion (Pro) thresholds. If a previously approved conversion is later charged back, it is reversed from your conversion count.
